The goal was not to create polished advertising for its own sake, but to build authentic visibility around a respected motorcycle business with real credibility in the field. In 2020, we launched the OKR Moto YouTube channel as a video-first content platform designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen connection with riders and create a steady flow of relevant, real-world content.
The chosen format was intentionally direct and authentic — freestyle video from the point of view of OKR Moto. Instead of overproduced brand messaging, the content focused on credibility, consistency and a natural connection to the motorcycle community. Alongside video creation, the collaboration also included content strategy, e-commerce support and API integration, with the integration handled contractually directly with the KTM factory in Mattighofen. This made the work part of a broader digital growth system rather than an isolated media activity.

By March 2026, the channel had grown to 8.16K subscribers, 885 published videos and 2,834,573 total views, with daily viewing volume typically ranging between 2,000 and 5,000 views. The result was not a short-term spike, but a durable content engine built through consistency, authenticity and long-term execution.
During the wider collaboration period, the business also moved from reported revenue of €869,724 in 2020 to €1.24 million in 2024, representing reported growth of approximately 42.6%. This reflects a period of strong commercial development in which content, visibility and digital support formed part of a wider growth trajectory.
